RBHS is proud to present “Rochester Baseball: From Mumford’s Meadow to Frontier Field” at the Central Library of Rochester & Monroe County April 1 – June 14, 2013. RBHS will be presenting 20 graphical panels providing a comprehensive overview of the game’s history in Rochester, from its roots with a band of players at Mumford’s Meadow in 1825 through present day. Along with these graphical panels will be the display of several significant historical artifacts and events such as panel discussions and presentations by the members of RBHS.
This display will run in parallel with Pride & Passion, a traveling exhibit on the African American baseball experience, at the Rochester Public Library Rundel building.
